MyKaya ("we", "us", "our") operates a handpicked database of domestic helpers and provides bilingual CS mediation services between helpers, employers, and agencies. Our registered office is at Unit B, 22nd Floor, Ford Flory Plaza, 37-39 Wing Hong Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide to us directly, including name, contact details, employment history, identification documents (where lawfully required for verification), and conversation records when you contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to verify helper profiles, facilitate matches, run expectation-alignment calls, mediate disputes, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. WhatsApp & messaging

When you contact us through WhatsApp Business, message content and metadata are processed by Meta in accordance with their privacy policy, and stored by us only for the purposes of providing our service and complying with applicable laws.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide our services or to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing admin@mykaya.io.
