By accessing or using MyKaya's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
MyKaya provides a curated database of domestic helpers and bilingual CS mediation between helpers, employers, and partner agencies. Specific service terms, including any mediation insurance, are agreed separately in writing with each partner.
You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or use the platform to harass, defraud, or exploit any helper, employer, or staff member.
MyKaya is committed to protecting helpers from exploitation and information asymmetry. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any party that engages in unfair, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
While MyKaya carefully verifies profiles and mediates communications, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any individual match. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
